Voting for the newly proposed Declarations of Rights, Covenants, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations and Conditions Applicable to Ono North Phase I & Phase II will start this Monday, June 8th and end on June 14th. PLEASE take the opportunity to cast your vote electronically no later than June 14th. We are using an online election system named ElectionBuddy for this vote, that will tabulate votes electronically. Please read through the instructions below so you will know what to expect.
Instructions on how to cast your vote:
• An email containing a unique link to your electronic ballot will be sent on June 8. If you choose to use a proxy to cast your vote, please follow directions given in the ballot.
• The email will be sent from:

- Please check your entire inbox, including your Junk/Spam folder and any alternative inbox folders, if you do not see the email in your primary inbox right away.
• The email will include your unique voting link. Click on this link to begin voting.
• After clicking on the link, you will be directed to the ballot page, which will contain instructions and ballot information. Make your selections according to the instructions provided.
• After making your selections, click “Continue.”
• You will then be taken to a review page where you can verify your selections.
- NOTE: For this section, once you click on "Submit" you will not be able to change your vote, so please be sure you make any Edits before Submitting.
- If changes are needed, click “Edit.”
- If everything is correct, click “Submit.”
• After submitting your ballot, a confirmation page will appear confirming that your vote has been successfully submitted.
